The Ourika Valley is the green Atlas day: a river, terraces, and villages south of Marrakech. We drive you there from Riad Bab Atlas and back before night. This is not the Sahara and not a kasbah circuit sold as “the desert.”
When the path is dry, we walk toward the Setti Fatma waterfalls. After rain, or if anyone in the party prefers to stay low, we keep to the valley. You will not be marched up a closed trail for a photograph.
The hero photograph on this page is Ait Ben Haddou — the earthen High Atlas architecture this region is known for. The day itself is Ourika unless you ask us to build a longer Atlas itinerary. A private driver is included in the day.

Do we always reach the Setti Fatma waterfalls?
When the trail and weather allow, yes. After rain or with limited mobility we stay in the valley villages and along the river instead. We decide with you that morning.
Is this the same as a Sahara tour?
No. Ourika is the High Atlas river valley south of Marrakech — green slopes and villages, not dune camps.
