Riad Bab Atlas is our house in the Palmeraie, Marrakech: four bedrooms, two shared pools, and space for up to eight guests. Terracotta walls, carved wood, a garden, and a terrace sit away from the noise of Jemaa el-Fna, which is a drive, not a stroll.
The rate is €300 a night. The minimum is three nights. Breakfast is on the first morning only. A stay of three nights or more includes a black-car airport transfer for one to five guests. Six to eight guests add €50 for that transfer. Stays of seven nights or more can use an optional weekly rate of €250 a night, shown on the booking page with the nightly rate. To hold dates, use the form already on the Riad Bab Atlas page. That form is the booking request. The payment buttons on the same page are the ones we use after we confirm the dates. This guide does not open a second checkout.

Four bedrooms, two shared pools, up to eight guests
The house has four bedrooms. You tell us how many of them you need, and how many guests are in the party. Eight is the maximum for the riad. A couple can request one bedroom. A family can request more. Other guests may be staying at the same time. The two pools belong to the house, and the guests who are in residence share them. Booking a bedroom does not close a pool, and booking several bedrooms does not turn the water into a single-party lawn.
The photographs are real shots of this house: a shared pool, the facade, the courtyard, and the rooms. They show the tile and the garden. They do not mean the grounds empty out when you arrive. If you need all four bedrooms, say so. We confirm what is free before any payment.
The Riad Bab Atlas page holds the bedrooms, bathrooms, courtyard, kitchen, and halls. This guide is how a stay works. That page is where you request the nights.
Palmeraie, Marrakech — and no street address on this page
The Palmeraie is the palm grove north and northeast of the medina, a spread of walled gardens rather than a lane inside the walls. You do not walk there from Jemaa el-Fna with a suitcase. A typical door is on the order of 9 kilometers from the square, often 15 to 25 minutes when the ring road is clear and closer to half an hour when it is not. Those are ranges.
Menara (RAK) is southwest of the city, so the drive to a Palmeraie gate is often about 25 to 40 minutes, and evening traffic moves it. We do not publish a minute count or a street address. The driver who meets the flight has the gate. If a friend is driving and needs the pin, ask guidedtourstomorocco@gmail.com or 412-708-6866 once the stay is confirmed. The public line is Palmeraie, Marrakech.
The grove is space and a quieter night than the square, which is also why you want a car for the medina and for any day tour. The Palmeraie guide covers the district. This page is the house.

€300 a night, and a three-night minimum
The nightly rate is €300. Three nights is the shortest stay we take at that rate. A Friday-to-Sunday request is two nights, and it does not meet the minimum. Send the real check-in and check-out. We would rather tell you the dates need one more night than stretch a two-night ask into a yes.
Seven nights or more can use the optional weekly rate of €250 a night shown beside the booking form. It does not apply to a three-night stay. A chef at the riad, a massage at the house, and a day with a driver are ask for price. The hot-air balloon starts at $160 per person. None of those extras change the €300 night or the three-night minimum. We confirm the dates, then we point you to payment.

The black car on a stay of three nights or more
Three nights or more: the black car from Marrakech-Menara (RAK) is free for 1 to 5 guests and +€50 for 6 to 8, including the drop-off. Eight is the house maximum. Send the flight number. The driver meets you in the arrivals hall after bags and customs, including a night landing.
A transfer that is not this stay is ask for price. That includes a different hotel, a one-way for guests who are not on the booking, and a ride from Casablanca airport, which is a long drive and a different code (CMN). The full rule, and the difference between this car and a taxi at the rank, is on the Marrakech airport transfer page. Day driving after you have unpacked is a separate quote on the driver page.
Ask for a child seat in the same note as the flight, and say if the bags are more than a normal family load. The lead name on the board should match the booking. The car in the photograph is the V-Class we use for Menara.
Breakfast on the first morning only
Breakfast is on the first morning only. A five-night stay does not include five breakfasts. Later mornings might be coffee in the medina, the balloon’s royal breakfast (from $160 per person, and only on that flight), or a cook you have requested.
If you land late, ask what can still be set out. The next day does not become the first morning by default. A cook on another evening is a separate request on the chef page, and that price is ask for price. A massage at the house is quoted the same way, for guests in residence, and it is not part of the €300. After the first morning, meals in town are a car ride we can arrange.
A day in the grove and a day in the city

Plan the medina as an outing. Jemaa el-Fna and the lanes are a short drive, and a day you design with a driver is ask for price. Book the ride back to the gate after dark rather than hoping for a taxi.
From the same door you can leave for a full day and be back to the shared pools before dinner. Agafay is the stone desert about 40 kilometers southwest of the city. It is not the Sahara. The sand dunes are Erg Chebbi, near Merzouga, and they need the 4-day Marrakech to Fes route or the 10-day loop that returns here for a final night. Ourika and the High Atlas are the mountain day. Essaouira is the Atlantic day, about three hours each way. The sunrise balloon is from $160 per person and is back by late morning. All of those are listed on our packages and on the Marrakech day tours page. Stack one outing on a day. The house is still here at night.
October through December and March through May are the months when the pool and the medina are both pleasant. The house has no hotel lobby. Questions come to guidedtourstomorocco@gmail.com or 412-708-6866. Travelers flying from the United States can start with the trip-planning page.
Request dates on the booking page
The button that holds the stay is on the Riad Bab Atlas page, not on this one. Open the booking form and send check-in, check-out, and the number of guests. Add the flight number in the note if you have it. The header on that page also offers the same request. We email guidedtourstomorocco@gmail.com and confirm availability before any payment. The request does not charge a card.
After we confirm, use the payment buttons already on that page, under the form. They match the nightly package and the weekly rate. This guide does not add another set. Call 412-708-6866 if you would rather talk through bedrooms. One to five guests and six to eight guests differ by €50 on the airport car, not on the nightly rate.
A medina hotel puts the square outside the door. Riad Bab Atlas puts you in the Palmeraie, with four bedrooms, two shared pools, a garden, and a car from the airport when the stay qualifies. Count your guests against eight, then send the dates you can travel.
Questions we actually get
How many people can stay at Riad Bab Atlas?
Up to 8 guests, in 4 bedrooms. You can request one bedroom or more. Other guests may be in the house on the same nights. The two pools are shared by the guests staying at the riad.
What is the nightly rate and the minimum stay?
€300 a night, with a 3-night minimum. Stays of seven nights or more can use the optional weekly rate of €250 a night, which is listed on the booking page. Breakfast is on the first morning only. Request dates and we confirm availability before any payment.
Are the pools shared?
Yes. Riad Bab Atlas has two pools, and guests staying at the riad share them. A stay does not close either pool to the rest of the house.
Is the airport car included?
On a stay of three nights or more, the black-car transfer from Marrakech Menara (RAK) is free for 1 to 5 guests. For 6 to 8 guests the airport transfer is +€50. The same terms apply to the drop-off at the end of the stay. Any transfer that is not part of that stay is ask for price.
Where is the riad, and why is there no street address here?
Riad Bab Atlas is in the Palmeraie, Marrakech, in the palm grove north and northeast of the medina. This page does not publish a street address. The driver who meets your flight already has the gate. You do not walk there from Jemaa el-Fna.
How do I book?
Use the booking form on the Riad Bab Atlas page. It takes check-in, check-out, and the number of guests. The request does not charge a card. After we confirm the dates, the payment buttons already on that page are the ones to use. You can also call 412-708-6866 or email guidedtourstomorocco@gmail.com.
